What is the difference between VRBO/AirBnB and your direct booking site?
VRBO/AirBnB are platforms for advertising. We are the property management company responsible for overseeing everything from marketing to maintenance and housekeeping. We utilize platforms like VRBO and Airbnb to ensure maximum visibility for our properties. Also, these platforms often impose extra service or booking fees.
To circumvent these fees, secure the lowest available rates, and enjoy personalized service, booking directly with Estes Valley Vacation Rentals is highly recommended.
Do I have to check-in by a certain time?
Check-in is at 4pm and guests can arrive any time after. All of our units have digital keypad locks programmed to accept your private code beginning at 4pm. You may proceed directly to your vacation rental property after that time. The first time you enter your private code will serve as your official check-in.
What are the check-out procedures?
Check-out is at 10AM on the designated date of check-out. Please be aware that your private door code will deactivate after this time to ensure the security of all our properties.
Our dedicated housekeeping team is renowned for their exceptional service. So, we kindly ask your assistance by gathering used towels in a single location on the bathroom floor, consolidating trash into the provided interior receptacles, turning off all lights, and making sure all windows/doors are shut and locked. To serve as your official check-out, we kindly request all guests scan the QR code located near the door on your way out.
Is smoking allowed at your properties?
All properties in our portfolio are designated as non-smoking properties. Any violation will result in an $950 additional cleaning fee applied to your form of payment and immediate removal from the property without refund or other compensations. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.
Is internet access available?
Yes, all of our properties have complimentary Wi-Fi.
Please note that Wi-Fi reliability may be inconsistent as Estes Park is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
What are the fees charged for a vacation rental?
All costs are disclosed at the time of booking. The following charges can be expected: a nightly rental rate, applicable taxes, a credit card processing fee, and a cleaning fee. If the property allows pets, a pet-stay fee will be added. No hidden or unexpected costs will be charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations booked through Estes Valley Vacation Rentals' direct booking website will be subject to a guest friendly cancellation policy.
All bookings canceled at least 10 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full 100% refund.
If canceled within the 10 day check-in window, guests will receive a 50% refund.
